Each dog crate panel is purpose built, the optimum mesh size is fully rimmed and hand finished to eliminate rough edges. All the doors and ends of these pet crates are fixed with spring locking clips without the need for distortion or strain of the crate. Every dog crate is given an individual number to ensure tracability. The dog crates are finished in a new zinc plating process with a trivalent seal for improved corrosion properties. With continuous salt spray testing the crates will not show signs of corrosion before 500-600 hours.
